Use of Service

You may use Audioneer courses, templates, coaching materials, and related features for personal or organizational learning. You must comply with applicable laws, respect other users, and follow any additional product-specific rules presented at purchase or within the Service.

Permitted

Access lessons and resources for learning purposes.
Download materials where the Service explicitly allows.
Use within your organization under the purchased plan scope.

Not permitted

Redistributing, reselling, or publicly posting materials without permission.
Attempting to bypass access controls or copy protected content.
Using the Service to harass, defraud, or interfere with others.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident related to your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised or if your activity violates these Terms.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through secure providers. Prices, billing frequency, and included features are displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are owned by Audioneer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
